Panis converts pole to win

Aurelien Panis converts pole position to the victory in the final race of the weekend in Andorra.

After a dominant qualifying performance, Panis was unstoppable in the race.

Second place Yann Ehrlacher came under pressure from Adrien Fourmaux off the line, but managed to hold the Team DRP driver off. He kept close to Panis in the opening laps, but Panis quickly pulled away in the second half of the race.

Panis was 5.6s ahead by the chequered flag, taking maximum points away from the day.

Ehrlacher toon second ahead of Fourmaux.

Jimmy Clairet found a way past Dorian Boccolacci early on to pick up P4, while Yvan Muller finished sixth.

In the Final, Jean-Baptiste Dubourg held off a late charge from Jerome Grosset-Janin to take the victory.
