Granado and Aegerter dominate Moto-E Jerez testing

Eric Granado topped the overall standings after three days of testings, while rookie Aldeguer stole the show with a stunning P4 finish.

In three days of intense testing at the Jerez-Angel Nieto circuit in Spain, drivers were able to complete the tests in the dry and get accustomed to the Energica Ego Corsa bikes ahead of the new season.

Granado and Dominique Aegerter had stellar performances throughout the three days of testing in the South of Spain, with the former finishing ahead of the latter by just 0.030 seconds in the combined timesheets.

All eyes were on 15 year-old rookie Fermin Aldeguer, who finished P4 in the overall standings by the end of testing. The young Spaniard finished just 0.043 seconds behind 2019 champion Matteo Ferrari. Aldeguer finished ahead of reigning champion Jordi Torres.

Mattia Casadei could not partake in testing as he’s currently recovering from an injury. Testing will be back in the same location April 12th.
