Panis dominates Andorra qualifying

Aurelien Panis tops qualifying for the second day of action in Andorra.

The Sainteloc Racing driver topped all three qualifying sessions, including Super Pole, and will start the Super Final from pole position.

Reigning champion Jean-Baptiste Dubourg will start the second final from pole after qualifying P7 and missing out on a spot in the Super Final.

Panis, Yann Ehrlacher and Adrien Fourmaux were the top three in both qualifying sessions and Super Pole.

The consistency meant Dorian Boccolacci and Jimmy Clairet, who were fourth and fifth quickest in the faster qualifying session, and Yvan Muller, fourth quickest in the slower session, all progressed to the Super Pole.

Boccolacci was fourth quickest in the Super Pole and will start P4 on the grid. Clairet was fifth fastest and will start ahead of Muller.

Dubourg ended qualifying seventh overall, ahead of Olivier Pernaut, Jerome Grosset-Janin and Nathaneal Berthon.
